St. Cecilia School uses OptionC as their student information system.  OptionC is used to keep track of and communicate:

• Attendance (Grades K-8)
• Grades and Assignments
• Report Card distribution
• Access to forms and letters online

Parents have a login assigned to them that is sent home during the first week of school each year.  Students are given a separate login.  Parents who are missing their login should contact the school office at 513-533-6060 or email  sringler@stceciliacincinnati.org.

Parents are encouraged to check OptionC weekly to monitor their child's progress.  In addition, they are asked to update any information kept in OptionC such as their home address and phone number.  

OptionC can be accessed at optionc.com.  Our school number is 8241.

Report Cards

End of the Year report cards will be posted at 3:00PM on Tuesday, June 2, 2020.  Hard copy report cards will NOT be mailed home.
